Gwernymynydd Village Centre
Gwernymynydd Village Centre is available for a variety of purposes, such as fund raising, children’s parties, dances,
attic sales, birng & buy sales, band/choir practices etc and has various afternoon and evening vacancies available.
The Centre has just been decorated, new curtains fitted, re-wired and its central heating system overhauled. It has
kitchen facilities, full toilet facilities (including disabled) and a small committee room which can be hired separately or
be included with the other rooms. The football pitch can be hired for occasional matches or on a regular basis, and
has changing rooms and showers.

The Village Centre is run by a Management Committee which is made up of a representative of each village
organisation, eg Playgroup, Cubs, W.I., together with two representatives of the Community Council and from
Flintshire (County Councillor Nancy Matthews). At the recent AGM of the Management Committee the following
