To determine the Council’s Precept/Budgetary requirements for the forthcoming Municipal Year 2008/09 from Flintshire County Council based upon the Council Tax Base of 558.22 Band ‘D’ equivalent properties.

Members are asked to consider the two Precept options put forward in the attached Estimated Finances 2008/09, paper.
