            1. One Voice Wales, acknowledgement received of the Council’s renewed annual subscription plus a request for a nomination to represent the Council at the quarterly meetings of the Area Committee.

 

            2. Gwernymynydd CP School, a letter of thanks for the Library support grant given to the School by the Council.

 

            3. Flintshire County Council, a letter of thanks from the Director of Environment, Mr. Carl Longland, for the kind remarks given to both Mrs. Jane Roberts and Andy Roberts for their work undertaken on the 10th May 2009.

 

            4. Clwyd Community Chest, notification of the forthcoming AGM to take place on the 2nd July 2009, plus a request submitted to the Council to renew its annual subscription.
