            To consider an increase in the Clerk’s salary in line with the National Payscales and Allowances that were agreed and are applicable from 1st April 2009. It is recommended by the National Joint Council for Local Government Services that the new amount in salary be determined by an increase of 1%.

            1. Flintshire County Council, information received regarding the re-introduction of a duty rota at the Planning Services Reception. Also, the introduction of 3rd party representation at the Planning and Development Control Committee; this action to be effective from the 2nd December 2009.

 

            2. Flintshire County Council, speeding traffic on local roads/lanes in Gwernymynydd; a letter of thanks for the kind words given by the Council to the officers who attended the meeting with North Wales Police, Councillors and members of the public.
