            Appeal Ref: APP/A6835/A09/2103520/WF, the erection of 3 in number of detached dwellings with associated amenity space located at Tros y Wern Farm, Ruthin Road, Gwernymynydd. The appeal was dismissed.

            Ref: DGJ/046657, renewal of outline planning permission to allow the erection of 3 in number of detached dwellings with associated amenity space located at Tros y Wern Farm, Ruthin Road, Gwernymynydd.

            Ref: KYT/046753, outline permission for the erection of a dwelling located at Highfield, Ruthin Road, Gwernymynydd.

5.         Finance

            To consider recommendations in the report given by Mr. David Griffiths, the Council’s appointed Internal Auditor, at the last Council meeting.  This is with reference to the Council’s Financial Statement and Accounts for 2008-2009 and the respective annual return to the appointed External Auditor, Hacker Young.

            To receive invoices for payment to order payment and to sign cheques.
